This is a bit if a higher up shot of Victoria’s Inner Harbour from 1951. You get an excellent view of the city and houses surrounding the downtown core. Check out the ships in the harbour.
This is a subdivision in Victoria from 1947 that is under construction. The street running diagonally through the image from the left is Tolmie Avenue. The houses under construction are on Alder, Reed, Rutledge, Yew and Glasgow Streets.

This is the Shaughnessy area of Vancouver from 1948. Old Shaughnessy Golf Course is now the site of the VanDusen Botanical Garden.
